How many sheets are there in each Easypost pad?

Pads are produced with as many sheets as you like e.g., 20, 25, 30, 50, 100 etc.

What are the standard Easypost dimensions?

Standard Easypost dimensions are as follows:

50x75mm 60x75mm 70x75mm
84x75mm 100x75mm 140x75mm

 

Can I change the length?

The length has been calculated to avoid wasting any paper. However, for large quantities (ex. 20,000 pads x 50 sheets) there can be a special production which can be adjusted to the height of your choice so that no paper is wasted. Also, for small quantities (ex. 500 pads x 50 sheets) the cost of paper waste is little and 75mm can be adjusted to 90mm.

Will dimensions change because of the background and trimming?

In case there is a background, the dimensions get smaller by 4 mm both in length and width.

How many printing colors can be printed? Can you print Pantone colors?

The printing colors can range from 1 to 4 colors. It is also possible to print original pantone colors.

Is the printing quality good?

Printing is good enough for a bond paper.

Can I print 4 colors on colored paper?

It is not possible to print 4 colors on colored paper. The color result of the 4-color print will not look right because of the paper’s color base. But we can print a background on white paper so that the result is similar to a colored paper.

Is there something I need to pay attention to regarding the layout design?

Due to the special production process of the product, small fonts with 4-color print should be avoided.

What are the available Easypost paper colors?

Easypost notes can be printed on white, yellow, light blue, as well as neon color paper, such as Green, Orange, Cyclamen, Yellow.

Are there different Easypost paper types?

Easypost notes can be printed on the following types of paper:

  • PLAIN PAPER: 80 gr bond paper
  • SCENTED PAPER: following a special paper processing, we can have it scented with lavender, rose, lemon and strawberry scents.
  • RECYCLED PAPER: there are 3 types of recycled paper. Recycled White, Sea Algae and Non Bleached

Is the glue quality good?

The glue quality is exceptional.

What is the delivery time?

 Delivery time is on average 6 working days, depending on the product code and quantity.

What is the minimum quantity I can order?

The minimum order quantity is 250 pads x 50 sheets. In case you require less sheets on each pad, the minimum quantity will be adjusted accordingly.
